1. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- To process a return, customers must share the return parcel booking slip with us via WhatsApp.
- Deductions for Returns:
- Forward and return shipping charges.
- Packing charges.
- 5% COD commission (if applicable).
- The refund amount will be credited to your bank account after verifying the return parcel booking slip.
2. Replacement Policy
- Free replacement is available only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- To request a replacement, customers must provide a live unboxing video of the received product as proof.
- If the product qualifies for replacement, we will send a new product at no additional cost.
3. Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
- No return or replacement will be accepted for wrong product selection or change of mind.
- Any disputes regarding returns and replacements will be resolved as per our store policies.

- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹500.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of ₹50 will be charged for orders below ₹500.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status.
6. Delayed or Missed Deliveries
